Everything You Need From A-Z
Initial Site Visit
Click Here to schedule an appointment with your local Ace Kitchens Design Consultant. We will then schedule a visit from one of our friendly creative kitchen designers to take some measurements and sit down with you to discuss your ideas. Don't worry if all you have are plans; we can utilise additional tools to comprehend and achieve your desired concept.
Design Concept
We then return to the office and combine all of your ideas with our design expertise to develop a concept design that is tailored to your space and how you utilize it. We'll then contact you to meet to discuss your ideal kitchen's functional and aesthetic needs right here in our showroom, as well as the process and how we can make it go as easily as possible for you.
Refine
Together we review the drawings, making further refinements to the concept kitchen until we are completely sure it will suit your requirements and you will love your kitchen.
From there you'll choose materials, bench tops, sink inserts, door materials, colours, handles, other accessories and final details.
We then price up your dream kitchen and send you a quote through email usually within 7 working days.
Upon acceptance of our quotation and the paid deposit, full working drawings will be produced along with your chosen product and colour choices that you have selected for your final approval prior to manufacture.
Manufacture
Once approved, the final kitchen designs are sent to our production department. it will take approximately four to six weeks to obtain materials and manufacture your custom-made kitchen.
The completion time depends on various factors such as the size of your kitchen, products used, and the time of the year.
Your kitchen designer will constantly be in touch from beginning to end in order to coordinate each stage while offering support, advice, photos and progress reports.
Make sure you line up your sub trades
We offer an option to remove your current kitchen aswell as install your new kitchen purchased through us.
If you have asked us to remove your current kitchen this is the point you want to organise your tradies to come in and disconnect your plumbing, electrical etc.
Unfortunately this isn't a service we offer but we can point you in the right direction in terms of initial contact.
Installation
Upon completion of the manufacturing process, your Kitchen Designer Consultant will contact you to arrange kitchen installation.
Our qualified tradespeople will fit your new, custom designed kitchen, which will then be yours to enjoy!

Once the kitchen is installed, benchtops are on and plumbing and electrical are reconnected our designers will contact you to ensure you are happy with your kitchen and possibly even ask to come out and take some photos.
