We were having a new house built in Greytown and on the recommendation of our builder went to Ace Laminates for our kitchen. The design staff where excellent with them exploring kitchen options with us in depth and how it was going to function, something other companies we have dealt with in the past have not done. We came away from our first meeting feeling confident enough to also commission them to design and build our laundry/mud room. The products and range of materials shown to us were exemplary, with us being talked through the pros and cons of different materials and work surfaces. The installation process was seamless and the finished product well met our design brief. Reflecting back on the ease of the kitchen and laundry design, we also got them to build our walk-in wardrobe, once again a seamless installation. After three months of use, very happy with fit and finish of the all the units and the functioning of the pull out pantry. As an added bonus we also had a drop in from the owner who ran his eye over the units and made some tweaks as the units settled in. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for product and service, with the staff always being available and welcoming. Not only we would use them again, we have already recommended them to other friends who are building.

I enjoyed communicating with both you and Jo. I liked that we could call or email multiple times to check even the small details. I enjoyed Jo’s happy humor over the phone esp in the thick of Reno’s when we chatted about crazy building and four kids. Was nice to add humor during the process while still being totally professional.
